As a designer, I have worked on so many beautiful picture frames. This article will provide comprehensive information on how to make a picture frame that is catchy, attractive, spectacular, and above all easy to make.
Here is a list of the materials and tools that you will need to make the frame; an A4 photo frame, an a4 photo paper, a colored printer preferably an Epson printer, scissors, a hook, a screwdriver, cloth, a paper bag, and a sellotape.
The following paragraphs explain the process of making a picture frame.
1. Get your favorite picture.
Choosing a picture for a frame can be a difficult task to do. You must choose a picture that will compliment the frame and. the environment. The frame and the picture should be able to convey the essential information as possible. The location of the frame is also important. A frame that depicts relaxation and calmness, romance and calmness should be placed in the bedroom while a large frame that depicts a statement of purpose can be hung in the living room.
2. Print the Picture.
After carefully going through all your pictures and choosing the right one, we proceed to print the image. Printing the image can be done with an EPSON printer. Epson printer is one of the printers noted for high-quality image prints. The picture should be an a4 size and the picture should be printed on a glossy photo paper. Photopaper Paper can reveal every little detail of the picture.
3. Gently clean the photo frame and remove the sheet of paper guarding the glass at the back.
You do not want to have a photo frame where there is dirt on the glass. This will not help you achieve your desired end. Cleaning the photo frame and the two sides of the glass ensures that no dirt enters the portion of the glass that will display the picture. You can use a glass cleaner together with a microfiber to achieve a well-polished surface or gently clean it with a cotton fabric.
4. Place the printed picture in the photo frame.
Here is a step-by-step procedure for placing the picture in the photo frame
- Position the printed image into the glass by ensuring that the frame’s printed side kisses the back of the glass.
- Gently cut any excess part of the photo paper to fit the size of the frame. You can do this using scissors or a paper cutter.
- Place the paper guard at the back of the frame making sure that the picture fits so well.
- Return the mount board to its place and gently secure it in place. You can use a sellotape to secure it further
5. Screw a hook to the back of the frame.
To screw a hook onto the back of the frame, use these simple steps to ensure the frame is secured and positioned accurately.
Materials Needed:

To properly align the frame on the wall you need to mark the top center of the frame so that it aligns perfectly on the wall.
